Kingsley Obaseki is a dedicated storyteller driven by a desire to enact positive change through the narratives he crafts. With a background in Geology, he gained a comprehensive understanding of the earth's mechanisms, fueling his passion for environmental stories. Seeking to broaden his horizons, Kingsley immersed himself in the world of travel photography for four years before transitioning into documentary filmmaking.
His journey led him to pursue a Master's Degree in Documentary Filmmaking at the University of Salford, Manchester, where he honed his skills as a Director, cinematographer and editor. Throughout his career, Kingsley has undertaken numerous projects both independently and collaboratively, showcasing his versatility and expertise behind the camera.
Having had the privilege of working on project from organisations such as CNN, BBC, and various NGOs dedicated to making the world a better place, Kingsley is committed to using his craft as a force for positive change. Eager to further his career and continue making impactful documentaries, he is actively seeking new opportunities to contribute his talents as a Director of Photography. Kingsley Obaseki has used a wide range of cameras such as Black magic cameras, Sony FX9 and mirrorless, Canon mirrorless.

Saddened by the state of Meath Gardens, two nature experts, Tunde and Asia led the mission – the revival of their community park. As a result of neglect and poor maintenance, the environmental state of Meath Gardens degraded, and many native trees died.
